3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Upload, transmit, or share content that infringes third-party rights

5. User Content & Licenses

By uploading Video Sales Letters (VSLs) or any other content to the Service, you grant Pinokeo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from such content solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and operating the Service (including analyzing VSLs to generate funnels and email sequences).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, software, and AI models, is owned by Pinokeo or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

• Any paid features or subscriptions are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers; you agree to their terms.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinokeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
